Citroën Sport Publicity 1963 

Citroën's 1963 victories were publicised in the advertisement on the left.  The text at the bottom says "1st in the General Class : René Trautmann - A Chabert in a DS19 - Coupe des Dames : Claudine Bouchet - L Pointet in DS19 - out of 72 teams which left Ajaccio, only 19 were able to finish the test of 10 000 bends.  3 DS in the first six cars."

The total dominance by Citroën in the 1963 Monte Carlo - five cars in the top ten - was the subject of the publicity below left.
