Citroën is extending the Paris Motor Show experience at
C-42,
its international showcase on the Champs Elysées, with a
new season that opened on 1 October 2010.
The new exhibition features world premiers of new
2010/2011 models
including the new Citroën C4, the C-ZERO, DS3 Racing and
DS4, the whole
in an eminently “Créative Technologie” atmosphere!
NEW SEASON, NEW COLLECTION
For its 14th season, C_42 is celebrating the Paris Motor
Show, bringing
the cars and concepts currently on display at the Motor
Show to the
public in the centre of Paris.
The
show begins on the Champs Elysées with an LED display on
the C_42
façade. Visitors are greeted with a multi-screen,
choreographed digital
creation symbolising Citroën’s “Créative Technologie”.
Inside,
the show gets off with the second model in the Marque’s
distinctive DS
line, the Citroën DS4. As they work their way upwards,
visitors
discover Citroën’s new products, including the new
version of C5
Tourer, set for launch in first-half 2011, presented
here with sublime
matt black paintwork. This elegant
approach continues with the new
Citroën C4 and its e-HDi micro-hybrid technology, giving
the first
floor a real “positive energy” feel.
Visitors
then get to admire the Citroën Survolt, in the shape of
the “Artcar”
version designed by artist Françoise Nielly. The glamour
and
extravagance of the high-contrast, fluorescent paintwork
perfectly
match the styling of the Marque’s full-electric racing
car.
