Options that make all the
difference
Depending
on the version, the new Jumper offers a range of
options never before
seen in this category. Usually present only on
high-spec saloons, this
equipment gives the driver a greater feeling of
being in full control
of the vehicle.

The
electronic parking assistance function, which
relies on four sensors
built into the rear bumper, tells the driver
when he or she is nearing
an obstacle.

The
overtaking sensor with visual and audible
signals tells the driver that
another vehicle is overtaking. This information
is recorded by a camera
installed in the exterior rearview mirror on the
driver's side. In the
first instance, the driver is warned by a
flashing indicator. If she or
he starts to change lanes, however, an audible
signal will also be
heard.

TV
camera at the rear, which sends images to the
navigation screen. This
camera is activated when the vehicle goes into
reverse. It provides an
on-screen display of the area behind the vehicle
so that the driver can
perform manoeuvres safely.
